New Mexico Red Chile Sauce


7-8 New Mexico Red chilies
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 apple
1 clove garlic
1 chicken bullion (sub with vegan)
Blend on high till smooth and steam escapes

Frozen Slime (Green Ice Cream)


3/4 c white grape juice concentrate
1 handful spinach
1 banana peeled
2-3 c ice
Blend on high
If you want a thicker consistency add more ice

Orange Creamsicle


1/4c. Tang Drink Mix or Orange juice
3/4c. French Vanilla Creamer
1 small orange peeled
1/2c. Dry Milk
Ice to the 4 cup mark
Blend and serve
Optional add:
Carrots, cabage, squash (extra nutirtion)
For a smoothie add 1 cup milk your choice

"Compost Smoothie"


While this is not for you but your soil. I would recommend the use of a seperate container due to pesticides and filth that maybe on the rinds of the fruits and vegetables.
Save the rinds and peels of the fruits and vegetables from smoothies and soups
Place them in container and fill with water
Blend on high for 1 minute and pour mixture in garden or on compost pile
This will help replenish your soil with valuable nutrients and cut back on the waste going to the landfill. Thus, making you a much "Greener" person.

"Pudding Ice cream"


3/4 c. French Vanilla liquid creamer

1/2 Package any flavor instant pudding (I perfer fat free sugar free)

1/2 c. Dry milk

2 c. Ice

Optional: add carrots and cabbage

Blend on high for 1 min.

To change up the flavor try adding fresh fruit or nuts.

My kids like to add M&M's or a candy bar for a Blizzard like treat.

"Chocolate, Peanut Butter, Banana Smoothie


1/2 c. French vanilla creamer
1 1/2 c. Soy milk (any milk will do)
1/2 c. Peanuts
1/2 Banana
1/2 c. Hot cocoa mix
2 c. Ice

Optional: add small amounts of carrot and cabbage

Blend on High speed for 1 min.
