7-8 New Mexico Red chilies
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 apple
1 clove garlic
1 chicken bullion (sub with vegan)
Blend on high till smooth and steam escapes

3/4 c white grape juice concentrate
1 handful spinach
1 banana peeled
2-3 c ice
Blend on high
If you want a thicker consistency add more ice
