Chocolate Avocado Ice cream

I have found this to be a hit with the crowds. It also taste great and is good for you too.
1/2 Avocado
3/4 c French vanilla coffee creamer (sub with sugar or fatfree)
1/3 c Hot cocoa mix (nestle)(sub with sugarfree)
2 c Ice, and more for thicker mix.
4 baby carrots
small slice of cabbage
Blend on high speed for about 45 sec use tamper to push in ice.
Serve immediately

Love all your recipes, I switched out the chocolate with frozen strawberries....YUMMY!!!! keep you recipes coming, they're better than the ones in the book!

Hi! We met you this week in the Costco in Ringgold, GA and bought a Vitamix. We just made this subbing heavy cream for the creamer. We also added about 1/2 a teaspoon of vanilla. We used Starbucks hot cocoa mix. Other than that, we followed your recipe and it came out great! The chocolate was a little more intense than what we sampled at the store but that was a good thing! It's amazing how you can't taste the veggies but the soft serve ice cream is so good!
